What is turcotte construction?
Turcotte Construction is a small, family-owned and operated business. It was founded in 2002 by entrepreneur David Turcotte and is based out of Canton, Georgia to serve the North Georgia area. Managing the complete construction spectrum, from acquisition/development to delivery of the completed product, Turcotte Construction has provided over 80 new residential homes, 16 new commercial buildings, remodeled over 350 residential and commercial properties, refurbished apartment and condominium properties, and designed/built a multi-million dollar resort. The expansion of this family-owned business has led to the creation of Integrated Construction Group (ICG) and T-West, to focus specifically on commercial and real-estate development. Turcotte Construction also specializes in high-security construction for Delta Airlines, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines at Atlanta, DFW, Seatac, Orlando, and Denver International Airports, Lockheed Martin, Georgia Tech, and Turner Field.

David Turcotte is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Georgia and a 1988 graduate of New Hampshire Tech-building construction. His studies included business, architectural drafting, building design, and construction. His experience in this
industry includes - Acquisition and Development, Capitol Procurement, Design/Build, Sales and
Marketing, Purchasing and Estimating, Contract Negotiating, Personnel, and Administration. David has dabbled under construction firms such as Centex, but found that his knowledge and experience in the industry better suited him as a self-employed worker. He has founded and run over 6 companies since graduating from New Hampshire Tech.

Lisa is the owner of Turcotte Construction as well as David's wife. With an eye for detail, Lisa handles the critical behind-the-scenes work of construction, regarding paperwork, payroll, and organization. She has been by David's side since '91, only falling three years short to David's experience in the business.

Julie graduated magna cum laude from Clayton State University in 2013- legal studies. She is well-versed in both real-estate and law alike. Julie spent 10+ years as a broker, specializing in new properties. She then worked as a senior paralegal to a criminal defense attorney for nearly five years in Atlanta, Georgia. As Turcotte Construction expanded, the need for an operations manager became eminent, and Julie joined the team alongside her sister Lisa and brother-in-law, David. Julie primarily oversees ICG throughout the metro Atlanta area. Her responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients at the earliest stage possible, offering input and recommendations throughout the design stage, estimating, formulating budgets and value engineering, contract negotiation and review, purchasing, and providing hands-on project management through project completion.
